We are recruiting 309A Licenced Journeyperson Electricians with a focus on residential home service in Kingston and surrounding areas for year-round employment. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated individuals who enjoys working with people.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general residential electrical service, maintenance, and repair work with some commercial work.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults in residential wiring, circuits, and components.
- Install, replace, and upgrade electrical panels, devices, and fixtures in accordance with the CEC.
- Complete service calls and minor renovation work efficiently and professionally.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate clearly with homeowners.
- Maintain accurate records of all service and labour performed.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must possess a valid 309A Journeyperson Electrician Construction and Maintenance Journeyperson Licence for Ontario
- Experience in residential service work required.
- Valid Ontario driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent problem-solving, diagnostic, and communication skills.
- Preference given to candidates seeking casual, flexible work, including retired professionals.
Compensation
$40 per hour, paid weekly.
