We are seeking a professional and personable Esthéticien(ne) to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for skincare, beauty treatments, and providing exceptional guest services. Duties
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application
- Provide professional nail care services such as manicures and pedicures
- Assist guests with product demos and recommend suitable skincare or beauty products
- Deliver exceptional guest services by creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere
- Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, check-in/out procedures, and guest inquiries
- Engage in retail sales by upselling products and services to enhance client satisfaction and revenue
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all treatment areas according to health regulations
- Conduct consultations to understand client needs and tailor treatments accordingly
- Promote additional services through effective communication and personalized recommendations
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with clients professionally and empathetically
- Excellent communication skills for clear explanations of treatments and product recommendations
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
- Experience in retail sales, upselling, and product demonstrations to maximize client engagement
- Proficiency in front desk operations, including appointment management and guest interactions
- Skilled in body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, hair styling, and other esthetic treatments (nice-to-have)
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining individual responsibilities
- Hospitality mindset with a focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences
