Responsibilities
- Perform or assist with laser hair removal and other aesthetic treatments (based on training and experience)
- Prepare treatment rooms before and after each client
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment
- Follow all infection prevention, sterilization, and laser safety protocols
- Educate clients on pre-treatment and post-treatment care
- Schedule appointments and assist with client check-in and check-out
- Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally
- Organize, maintain, and update client files and clinic documentation
- Manage inventory, monitor product levels, and report supplies that require restocking
- Ensure treatment rooms and reception areas remain clean and presentable throughout the day
- Assist with opening and closing clinic procedures
- Work collaboratively with the clinic team to provide exceptional client care
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and excellent customer service at all times
Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Medical Aesthetics, Esthetics, or a related field
- Laser Technician certification (considered an asset)
- Medical aesthetics or laser training (asset)
- CPR/First Aid certification (asset)
- WHMIS certification (asset)
Experience
- Experience working in a medical aesthetics clinic, spa, dermatology clinic, cosmetic clinic, or medical office
- Experience performing laser hair removal treatments
- Experience with skin consultations and skincare treatments
- Reception or front desk experience
- Administrative or office experience
- Inventory management experience
- Customer service experience
- Sales or retail experience in skincare or beauty products
