Hammond Manufacturing Company Limited, Enclosure Group, a leading Canadian manufacturer of electrical and electronic enclosures, is currently seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to join our team as:
RECEPTIONIST / OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR (mornings 8 am – 12:30 pm)
Job Type: Part-time
The incumbent will be responsible for reception and general clerical duties. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
· intermediate MS Excel, Word and Outlook skills
· a professional attitude with a customer focused outlook
· excellent verbal and written communication skills
· experience in an office setting
· a friendly and outgoing personality
· detail oriented
Duties:
· greeting and directing visitors in reception area, answering phones and directing calls
· updating various Excel spreadsheets
· various clerical/administrative functions and data entry within the ERP system
