What We Offer
- Work-Life Balance: Consistent daytime hours with no night shifts.
- Predictable Schedule: Monday to Friday shifts (8:00 AM–4:00 PM, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, or 10:00 AM–6:00 PM).
- Weekends: Short Saturday shifts (9:00 AM–2:00 PM) on a rotating basis once approximately every 4 weeks.

Core Responsibilities
- Clinical Care: Prepare, check, and dispense prescriptions with high accuracy while providing exceptional patient counselling.
- Collaborative Medicine: Consult directly with physicians and medical staff regarding dosages, therapeutic choices, and prescription reviews.
- Clinical Services: Administer immunizations, injections, and vaccines following all safety protocols.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to College of Pharmacists of Manitoba standards, federal narcotic controls, and provincial regulations.
- Operations & Inventory: Manage medication ordering, inventory control, and daily opening/closing procedures.
- Team Leadership: Foster a positive work environment, supporting and training pharmacy staff on operational protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
- Licensure: Current licensure as a Pharmacist in Manitoba, in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of Manitoba.
- Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong clinical problem-solving abilities.
- Attributes: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative team mindset.
