Transcona Roofing is hiring experienced Foremen and Lead Hands to support our growing team in Winnipeg. We’re looking for motivated leaders who can run crews, deliver quality work, and help develop the next generation of roofers.

Pay and Benefits
- $32 to $46/hr depending on experience and role

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading commercial flat roofing crews (2–10 people)
- Coordinating daily work and keeping projects on track
- Installing and overseeing roofing systems on projects across Manitoba
- Ensuring safety standards are followed
- Managing materials, tools, and site organization
- Training and mentoring apprentices and crew members
- Communicating with management and other trades

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in commercial flat roofing systems is a must
- Proven leadership ability or readiness to step into a lead role
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to manage crews and maintain productivity
- Knowledge of flat roofing systems (SBS, EPDM, TPO, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
