About the Role
Amity Exteriors is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead the daily execution of exterior finishing projects. You'll be a hands-on leader — working alongside your crew, setting the standard for quality and safety, and keeping projects moving on time and on budget. This role is for someone who takes pride in their craft and leads by example.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead crews on active job sites with a minimum 70% of your day on tools
- Assign daily tasks, manage crew scheduling, and keep projects on timeline
- Mentor junior applicators through hands-on demonstration of installation methods and finishing standards
- Conduct real-time quality inspections — catch and correct issues before they escalate
- Ensure correct sequencing of flashing, water management, and cladding systems
- Lead daily toolbox talks and enforce WorkSafe BC regulations across all on-site personnel
- Ensure fall protection, PPE, and equipment safety protocols are followed — no exceptions
- Communicate daily with the Project Manager on labor, materials, and schedule
- Represent Amity Exteriors professionally with clients, GCs, and subcontractors on site
- Manage material receiving, staging, storage, and disbursement to crews
- Complete and submit all required site documentation: FLHAs, daily inspections, safety sheets, vehicle/equipment logs
- Keep the site organized, clean, and reflective of Amity's standards at all times
What We're Looking For
- Proven field experience in exterior finishing (stucco, EIFS, cladding, or related systems)
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to mentor and hold crews accountable
- Solid understanding of water management, flashing, and installation sequencing
- Working knowledge of WorkSafe BC regulations and a safety-first mindset
- Clear, professional communicator — with both your crew and management
- Someone who operates with honesty, accountability, and a solutions-focused attitude

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
