Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced management staff to join our leadership team in Cloverdale. The ideal candidates will be responsible for overseeing store operations, policies and procedures and ensuring excellent customer service while driving sales growth.
Knowledge of cannabis is a must!
Experience based on position
Availability
-open availability / 40 hours a week
-No travel plans for six months
Location
-Cloverdale 5828 176st
Most training takes place in Langley** we are asking all applicants to be okay with either location, we are not considering part time applicants at this time
Duties
- Help Manage day-to-day operations of the store
- Supervise and train staff members
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
- Monitor inventory levels and order products as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of employees
Skills
- Cannabis knowledge-Strong Leadership skills
- Strong cash handling skills
- Experience in budgeting and payroll management-Assembling product orders
- Ability to negotiate effectively
- Knowledge of cashiering procedures
- Previous experience in supervisor or management role
- Familiarity with retail sales techniques and problem solving
