About the Job
We're looking to add a full-time Sales Representative to our crew. Forget sitting behind a desk — this role has you out in the community every day, introducing people to telecom products and services and walking them through the full journey, from the initial conversation to a finalized sale. If you're confident talking to strangers, motivated by hitting numbers, and looking for a role that actually rewards growth, this could be a great match.
What You'll Be Doing
- Representing our telecom client with professionalism throughout Winnipeg
- Starting conversations with prospective customers and figuring out their real needs
- Delivering clear, persuasive product and service presentations
- Walking customers through the sales process
- Meeting personal sales goals while supporting the team's overall campaign targets
- Logging each day's activity with clear, accurate detail for tracking and reporting purposes
- Building deeper product knowledge as campaigns and offerings shift
- Showing up to coaching sessions ready to apply feedback
What You Bring
- Confident communication skills and good instincts for reading people
- Internal motivation — you don't need constant supervision to stay on task
- Toughness and consistency in a busy, on-your-feet work environment
- Comfort collaborating on a team while still owning your individual results
- Prior experience in direct sales, customer-facing work, or target-based roles is a plus but not mandatory
- Reliable transportation and full-time availability in the Winnipeg area
