Restaurant Payment & Parent Support Coordinator
Healthy Hunger is seeking a full-time Reconcile & Parent Support Coordinator to join our remote support team. This role is focused on restaurant payment reconciliation, payment confirmations, parent inquiries, and inbound phone/email customer support. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, confident working with financial records, and comfortable supporting restaurant partners, parents, and customers in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a highly organized, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping families, schools, and customers with timely and accurate support.

- Thursday to Monday
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST

Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve restaurant payment discrepancies and outstanding balances
- Process and verify restaurant payment confirmations, refunds, and account updates
- Respond to parent inquiries by phone and email with professionalism and empathy
- Provide inbound phone support for customer questions, technical assistance, and account support
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to orders and payments
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience
- Support strong team collaboration across departments to achieve operational goals
- Complete other projects and duties as assigned
- Prioritize multiple customer requests while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
- Assist customers with account creation, navigation, and troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, friendly, and confident phone manner
- Strong attention to detail with proven ability to reconcile payments accurately
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

- Comfortable handling high volumes of inquiries during busy periods
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Relevant Skills & Experience
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
- Experience handling restaurant payments, reconciliations, confirmations, or account inquiries is strongly preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills required
- Comfortable using online systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
- Ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision
- Strong time-management and prioritization skills
- High level of professionalism and reliability
