Westburne is looking for a National Marketing Specialist who can execute confidently, understands B2B distribution, and can translate strategy into disciplined delivery. This role reports to the National Marketing Manager and is accountable for campaign execution, multi-channel support across a national network, and loyalty program management. You support supplier programs, digital performance, content execution and the mechanics required to deliver measurable outcomes. The incumbent will be located in Mississauga.
You excel in structured execution. You understand digital channels, B2B marketing mechanics, and loyalty program operations. You move work forward with accuracy, consistency and ownership. You can translate strategic direction into actionable tasks, manage stakeholders, support partner programs and ensure campaigns are delivered correctly and on time. You bring strong judgment, problem solving and the ability to operate in a fast paced environment.
1. Marketing Operations & Partner Support
Manage and assist in Westburne Inbound Marketing campaign execution, including collaboration with SEM, Social, SEO, CRM, Instore and Partnership teams.
2. Loyalty Program Management
Understanding of key performance metrics, including conversions, CVR, CTR, ROAS and funnel stages.
