Position Overview
We are currently seeking an entry-level Construction Labourer to support our drywall, steel stud framing, and ceiling installation crews. This role is ideal for someone looking to enter the construction industry and gain practical, on-the-job experience with opportunities to develop skills and advance over time.

Key Responsibilities
- Assisting drywall, steel stud framing, and T-bar ceiling installation crews
- Loading, unloading, and organizing materials
- Basic material handling and site cleanup
- Assisting with layout, prep work, and tool handling
- Following all site safety procedures and company policies
- Supporting skilled tradespeople as directed by the site supervisor
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications & Experience
- No previous construction experience required — training provided
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Reliable, punctual, and physically capable of manual labour
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are an asset
- WorkSafeBC awareness or willingness to complete safety training
