Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily operational goals such as taking courier orders
- Assist in various tasks related to product pickup, packaging, or service delivery as assigned
- Follow company policies and safety guidelines at all times
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients or customers
- Support team members during busy periods and contribute to a positive team atmosphere
- Adhere to quality standards and report any issues or concerns promptly
Experience
- Prior experience is not required; however, previous roles in customer service, retail, or hospitality are a plus
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset are essential
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency with tools or equipment relevant to the role is advantageous but not mandatory
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are highly valued
