About the Role
The Customer Care Representative is the primary point of contact for customers, responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and professional support throughout the order lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and clarity
- Process customer orders and prepare quotes with high accuracy
- Track and manage orders from placement through delivery
- Resolve issues related to orders, shipping, billing, and returns
- Maintain accurate records in company systems
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Warehouse) to support customers
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of customer service experience (order processing preferred)
- Post-secondary education in Business or related field (preferred)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Comfortable using Microsoft 365 and order management systems
- Typing proficiency (~40 WPM); ability to adapt to new systems quickly
- Team-oriented, dependable, and customer-focused
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B customer service or order management
- French language skills
- Early childhood or education industry experience
