What We’re Looking For
We need shinglers and labourers who show up ready to work, pick things up fast, and can be trusted to get the job done without someone standing over them. Whether you’re experienced or newer to the trade, what matters most is your attitude, your willingness to learn, and your ability to work independently once you know the ropes.
What You’ll Be Doing
∙ Installing asphalt shingles on residential and commercial roofs
∙ Tearing off old roofing materials and preparing roof decks
∙ Loading and carrying materials, keeping the job site clean and organized
∙ Following all safety procedures including fall protection and ladder use
∙ Working as part of a crew to complete jobs efficiently and to a high standard
What You Bring
∙ Dependable — you show up on time, every day
∙ A fast learner
∙ Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions (heat, cold, wind)
∙ Physically fit and able to handle the demands of roofing work
∙ Valid driver’s licence is an asset
∙ Previous roofing or construction experience is an asset but not required — we’ll train the right person

∙ Competitive pay of $18–$35/hr depending on skill and experience
