Wiseways Childcare Centre a play-based, Christian Childcare Centre located in Lambrick Park Church in the heart of Gordon Head. We have been a part of our community for over 70 years serving children aged 3-5 years old.
We very excited to announce that we are are opening an infant toddler classroom in September for children ages 18-36 months and we are looking for ECE IT's to support this program.

Who are we looking for?
We would like to hire passionate, energetic, professional infant toddler educators to join our team and support us in serving the families of our community. We are looking for someone who is reliable, is able to work in a fast paced environment, and meets the following criteria:
- Flexible full-time availability
- Current criminal record check
- Current ECE certification
- Current CPR-C/First Aid training
What is the position?
This position is a lead teaching position in our infant toddler classroom.
When will the position start?
The position will start on September 1st, 2026 with a few short training shifts and time to get settled in the classroom. The program will start on Tuesday, September 8th.
What would you get?
Salary: Starting at $33.05 with a wage increase after 1 year. (Base wage $27.05 + $6.00 ECE Wage Enhancement from Government)
Hours: Our operating hours are 7:30am -5:30pm however the infant toddler classroom will operate from 8:00am-5:00pm. The position would be between 30 hours to 40hours per week, depending on availability and needs of the classroom.
