Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outside sales efforts
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet individual and team targets
- Manage existing accounts to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance brand awareness and lead generation
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status
- Present technical products or services effectively, tailoring pitches to meet client needs
- Support business development initiatives by participating in networking events and industry conferences
- Communicate fluently in Spanish with diverse client bases when necessary
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development roles
- Strong negotiation and account management skills
- Ability to analyze market data and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including proficiency in Spanish preferred
- Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques for promoting products or services
- Technical sales experience is a plus, especially related to technology or specialized equipment
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
