Responsibilities / Job Duties
- Maintain live inventory log through data entry and verification of daily production transactions
- Conduct physical cycle counts of cannabis and production consumables to ensure system inventory is accurate and up-to-date
- Locate, verify, and count work-in-process material is transacted accurately on the transaction logs and reflected on the live inventory
- Coordinate with production, team leads, and managers to investigate inventory variances to perform necessary corrections to reflect accurate inventory values.
- Review reconciliation with the appropriate supervisor and work together to determine the root cause and necessary corrective and preventive actions to ensure it does not repeat.
- Assist in physical destruction activities of waste cannabis material and accurate data recording
- Perform confirmation of inbound/outbound shipment accuracy prior to inputting into the system
- Pick and pack pallets for outbound shipping
- Prepare required documentation for cannabis receiving/shipping
- Receive, dispense and track Cannabis Excise Stamps to production team as needed
- Support and assist with investigations, mock recalls, audits and reporting
- Proactively look for opportunities to improve efficiency in processes and suggest areas for improvement
- Comply with the following Environmental, Cannabis Regulations, Health and Safety duties as a condition of employment.

Qualifications:
- 1-3 years relevant work experience in inventory management, warehousing, manufacturing, production or related fields
- Knowledge of physical cycle count processes, inventory reconciliation, and inventory reporting
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes/procedures and best practices
- Works independently in a disciplined and focused manner.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast pace environment.
- Ability to physically load and offload trucks as needed.
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
