RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and coordinate daily service request with retail vendors across Canada to ensure that maintenance and service repairs are fulfilled
- Dispatch, schedule and coordinate with Trades and Service Technicians
- Create work orders and provide detail information to Trades and Service Technicians
- Communicate and follow up with store staff and client to ensure work has been completed.
- Prepare and submit estimates for client’s approvals.
- Prepare and submit bids
- Generate and qualify new leads for follow-up by identifying and contacting organizations and effectively delivering accurate information about our programs and services
- Manage and coordinate projects remotely and onsite
- Create and provide weekly status reports to client
- Research and acquire new trades and service technicians through Canada.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Must be proficient Microsoft office ( Word / Excel / Outlook)
EDUCATION
- High school diploma
- Construction Management Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner with the ability to quickly build trust and influence others
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet targets in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the construction industry and project management
- Superior communication skills including both verbal and written correspondence
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Microsoft Office, Outlook
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
