What You'll Do

Create an environment that is warm, welcoming and filled with positivity for guests and employees

Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies

Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)

Prepare station for service, complete mise en place and stock list

Prepare and cook complete dishes during service in a high paced and detail-oriented kitchen

Prepare all assigned menu items in an efficient, consistent and timely manner

Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards

Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions

Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customer
What You'll Need

Previous work experience as a prep or line cook

Positive attitude and great communication skills

Food Handler Certificate

Authorization to work in Canada

An interest in learning about regional Chinese food and beverage
