We are looking for an experienced and passionate Cook to help support our team. The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience preparing international cuisine, enjoys working in a busy restaurant environment and is capable of taking direction well and multi-tasking effectively. A successful candidate will have restaurant industry experience, a passion for food prep, be able to take and follow directions, and strong customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with kitchen staff and other team members.
- Cut, chop and prepare food accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized kitchen.
- Follow specific cooking techniques to create various dishes.
- Practice good hygiene when handling food.
- Be able to explain to wait staff the ingredients of the dishes they are serving.

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
