We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and growth-minded Lead Esthetician & Wellness Educator to join our team.

Your Role
As our Lead Esthetician, you will deliver exceptional services while helping elevate the overall guest experience, support team development, and foster a culture of excellence.
Treatment Services
- Comprehensive skin consultations and facial analysis
- Customized facial treatments and advanced skincare services
- Brazilian lymphatic drainage treatments
- Buccal (intra-oral) facial massage
- Relaxation facial, neck, scalp, and body massage
- Brow shaping and design
- Lash lifts and tints
- Facial waxing and threading services
- Client education and home-care recommendations
Leadership & Team Development
- Mentor and support junior estheticians
- Assist with onboarding and training new team members
- Uphold treatment standards and protocols
- Lead by example through professionalism and excellence
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative workplace culture
- Support inventory management and treatment room organization
- Participate in ongoing education and team training
Community & Growth
- Build meaningful relationships with guests
- Support community events, workshops, and wellness education initiatives
- Help grow Ritual's presence through client engagement and referrals
- Contribute ideas that enhance the guest experience and business growth
- Promote wellness-focused services and retail recommendations with integrity
What We're Looking ForRequired
- Minimum 3 years of professional esthetics experience
- Advanced knowledge of skincare, skin analysis, and treatment planning
- Experience performing facials, waxing, brows, and lash services
- Strong client retention and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, polished, and welcoming presence
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Availability for evenings and weekends
Preferred
- Brazilian Lymphatic Massage experience
- Buccal/Intra-Oral Facial Massage training
- Experience mentoring or training team members
- Passion for wellness, education, and personal development
- Social media confidence and comfort creating educational content
