Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and patient communications
- Coordinate scheduling, treatment bookings, and recalls
- Lead and support administrative team members
- Ensure an exceptional patient experience from first contact through treatment completion
- Oversee insurance claims, billing, and financial arrangements
- Maintain efficient office workflows and daily operations
- Assist with practice growth initiatives and patient retention
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist is a MUST
- Office management experience in a dental setting is an ASSET
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- Professional, positive, and patient-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of dental software and insurance processes
