Belleville's is hiring experienced & organized Kitchen supervisor to help lead our team! The kitchen supervisor will work directly with the Sous Chefs and management team.
We are looking for someone who has experience working in a high volume kitchen and is passionate about making consistently great food. Multitasking, leadership, organization and cool-headedness are ideal qualities for this role. While Red Seal certification is a plus, we are open to hard-working individuals with the right amount of skills/experience that are looking to build their career. Foodsafe certification is required.
The Kitchen supervisor will oversee the daily kitchen operations procedures to set the team up for success, such as; writing daily prep lists and assisting with prep, managing par levels, food costing and ordering, assisting with staffing and scheduling, and assisting on line as needed.
