About Brockville Chiropractic & Health Associates
We are a well-established (25+ years) chiropractic and massage therapy clinic offering a variety of services. We have 1 full-time and 2 part-time chiropractors and 3 registered massage therapists. We see a wide-range of patients of all ages presenting with neuromusculoskeletal concerns.
We are seeking someone to join our team in a ‘front-of-house’ role working to ensure our patients’ health care experience is a pleasant one.
The Role at a Glance
Schedule and Calendar Optimization
· Proactively manage and optimize the practice schedule to support flow, access, and consistency of care.
· Identify gaps, insufficiencies, or opportunities within the calendar and make recommendations.
· Support rebooking, follow-ups, and schedule adjustments with clarity and professionalism.
Practice Member Communications
· Manage and respond to client communications including email and phone.
· Ensure timely, warm, and clear communications before, during, and after visits.
Marketing and Practice Support
· Opportunity to manage social media.

· Strong background in hospitality or front-of-house leadership.

· Booking and scheduling software
· Email Platforms

· Experience with billing, invoicing, and client account management.

Compensation
The role is a competitive hourly wage to start depending on experience.
Pay: $19 - $21 per hour
Expected hours: 25 hours per week (hours to be discussed at interview). No weekends!
