Eldorado Gold Saskatchewan | Foran (TSX:ELD) is seeking 2x Logistics and Admin Supervisors to join our growing McIlvenna Bay team. This is a full-time position based at the McIlvenna Bay site working a 14/14 rotation.

The Logistics & Administration Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and oversight of workforce logistics, accommodations, transportation administration, and site administrative services at the McIlvenna Bay Operating Site. This role provides frontline leadership and operational support to logistics and administrative teams to ensure efficient execution of travel coordination, room allocation, workforce scheduling support, transportation planning, and camp administration processes.
The role is accountable for maintaining efficient administrative operations, ensuring compliance with established procedures, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and resolving day-to-day logistical and accommodations issues.
Job Responsbilities:

Coordinate day-to-day workforce logistics, transportation scheduling, room allocation, occupancy tracking, travel activities, and verify all time entries to support operational requirements.

Supervise and support logistics and administrative personnel while ensuring administrative processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and within established timelines.

Monitor camp occupancy, workforce movements, transportation manifests, and logistics systems to maintain operational readiness and data integrity.

Support oversight of camp operations, workforce support services, housekeeping coordination, and contractor service delivery.

Collaborate with operational departments, contractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve logistical, scheduling, and workforce support issues.

Maintain logistics systems, administrative records, KPI tracking, reporting, and compliance with company procedures and operational standards.

Assist with development and implementation of SOPs, workflows, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Provide day-to-day leadership, training, guidance, and escalation support to logistics and administrative teams.

Promote a positive, service-oriented culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.
Job Qualifications and Skills:

Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Logistics, Hospitality, or related field; equivalent experience will be considered.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in workforce logistics, camp operations, accommodations, administration, or related operational support roles.

Previous supervisory or team leadership experience considered an asset.

Strong understanding of workforce logistics, travel coordination, accommodations management, and administrative operations.

Experience working in remote site or industrial environments preferred.

Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and workforce logistics or accommodations management systems.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
