Overview
We are seeking an experienced Long Haul Truck Driver to join our transportation team. Must have USA Visa.This role involves operating heavy-duty trucks over long distances to deliver freight efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial driving, heavy equipment operation, and vehicle maintenance, with a focus on timely deliveries and adherence to safety regulations. Duties
- Safely operate long-haul trucks across various routes, ensuring timely deliveries of freight.
- Load and unload cargo using forklifts or other heavy equipment when necessary.
- Inspect vehicles regularly for maintenance needs and perform basic automotive repairs or coordinate repairs with maintenance teams.
- Secure freight properly to prevent damage during transit and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, freight documentation, and delivery records in accordance with federal regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding delivery schedules, route changes, or issues encountered on the road.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies during operations.
- Assist with warehouse duties such as inventory management or freight handling as needed.
Requirements
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Experience in commercial driving, particularly long-distance or over-the-road routes.
- Knowledge of heavy equipment operation including forklifts is preferred.
- Ability to perform basic automotive repairs and routine vehicle maintenance.
- Strong understanding of freight handling procedures and safety standards.
- Physical ability to lift heavy loads and work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent navigation skills and familiarity with GPS systems for route planning.
- Ability to pass pre-employment background checks and drug screenings as required by company policy.
- Prior experience with freight logistics or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: $44,326.09-$153,712.71 per year
