Ken Sargent GMC Buick is looking for an organized and dependable Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Accounting Clerk to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable invoices and payments
- Record and reconcile accounts receivable transactions
- Follow up on outstanding customer and vendor accounts
- Match invoices, purchase orders and supporting documents
- Prepare deposits and post payments accurately
- Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies
- Maintain organized financial records and filing systems
- Assist with month-end accounting duties
- Respond to vendor, customer and internal accounting inquiries
- Provide additional administrative and accounting support as required
Qualifications
- Previous accounts payable, accounts receivable or bookkeeping experience
- Automotive dealership accounting experience is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working with accounting software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Professional, dependable and able to maintain confidentiality
