Position Summary:
We are currently hiring Seasonal Security Guards to support summer operations in North Bay and surrounding areas starting on June 24, 2026.
Shift Availability Requirements:
- 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
- 7:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Candidates must be available to work within these timeframes, including weekends, as required.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a visible and professional security presence
- Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of assigned locations
- Monitor for suspicious activity and respond to incidents as required
- Complete detailed incident reports and daily activity logs
- Provide access control and site monitoring services
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and emergency services when necessary
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and client-specific protocols
- Apply conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques when required
Requirements
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License
- Valid First Aid/CPR/AED Certification
- Strong communication and report-writing skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Must be reliable and able to commit to scheduled availability throughout the season (as listed above)
- Previous security experience is considered an asset
- Valid Ontario G Driver’s License and Smart Serve Certification are assets

Pay: $18.00-$18.50 per hour
