The Commercial Gardening position works on our fast-paced garden team, with our Garden Lead Hand, offering a wide range of services from regular garden maintenance, to cleanups and restoration, planting and, mulch installation. We service residential and commercial properties in Barrie, Midhurst and Oro.
Does this sound like you:
You are an experienced gardener comfortable caring for, cleaning up and improving overgrown properties. You love gardening and landscaping, and you have the leadership skills to run your own crew. You want to be part of a bigger team, want to listen, learn and contribute, and love being active outside. If so we want to hear from you.
Our typical shifts are Monday - Friday 7-4pm (weather dependent), optional weekend work available. You would need to be available for the full season -April 15th - November 15th.
Qualifications & Skills
- love gardening and getting your hands dirty
- knowledge of plants & plant care practices
- minimum 1 year related job experience
- experience using blowers, hedge trimmers and hand clipping tools
- clean and tidy with company vehicle and equipment
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
