We are looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to join our groundskeeping and maintenance team. This role is primarily focused on wood preparation and outdoor property upkeep, ensuring our guest spaces remain clean, safe, and well-maintained.
*Weekend Availability Required*
* Afternoon availability for shifts until 9:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Chop, split, bundle, and deliver firewood (chainsaw & log splitter use required)
- Complete wood deliveries to guest accommodations
- Clean and maintain fire pits and communal outdoor areas
- Property clean-up: collect garbage, realign chairs, maintain BBQ and shower areas
- Monitor and report broken signage, solar lights, and minor repairs
- Enforce Property Rules to on site guests
- Maintain bikes, ATV, golf carts, and equipment
- Inventory checks and supply organization
- Support weekly maintenance tasks (power washing, pool equipment checks, etc.)
- Secure property buildings and vehicles at end of shift
What We’re Looking For:
- Comfortable with physical outdoor work in all weather conditions
- Experience with chainsaws, log splitters, or landscaping equipment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Dependable and safety-conscious
This is an active, outdoor role ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and takes pride in maintaining beautiful spaces.
Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Harrow, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Groundskeeping: 1 year (preferred)
