As the Used Car Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our used car dealership, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong understanding of the used car market and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Used Car Manager
- Strong subprime knowledge, with a thorough understanding of financing options
- Proven track record of success in managing a used car department and achieving sales targets
- Excellent team building and leadership skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions
- Understanding of inventory management and pricing strategies
**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee the daily operations of the used car department, including inventory management, pricing, and merchandising
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
- Work closely with sales team members to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
- Build and maintain relationships with lenders and financial institutions to secure competitive financing options for customers
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust pricing and inventory accordingly
- Provide training and guidance to sales team members, fostering a positive and motivated work environment
- Collaborate with other departments, such as service and finance, to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience
