We are currently looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our growing team.
Position Overview:
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers with mobile devices, wireless plans, and accessories while delivering an outstanding in-store experience. The ideal candidate is energetic, reliable, and passionate about sales and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
- Assist customers in selecting mobile phones, plans, and accessories that meet their needs.
- Clearly explain Rogers products, services, promotions, and pricing.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Perform daily store operations such as opening/closing duties, inventory checks, and merchandising.
- Address customer questions and resolve concerns in a professional manner.
- Stay up to date with Rogers products, services, and promotions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of retail or sales experience (telecom or electronics sales is an asset).
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service mindset and sales ability.
- Energetic, punctual, and dependable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile technology is preferred.
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
