The Role
We're looking for an experienced videographer based in the GTA who can shoot cinematic, social-first content for our restaurant, hospitality, and trades clients across Toronto and the surrounding region. This means everything from fast-paced restaurant/food content and event coverage to brand films and on-site interviews. You'll be working directly off shot lists and creative direction, but we need someone who brings a real eye for composition, motion, and story — not just point-and-shoot.
What you'll be doing
- Shooting on-location for restaurant, hospitality, and trades clients across Toronto, Oakville, Mississauga, and the broader GTA
- Capturing fast-turnaround social content (day-in-the-life, food/product shots, event coverage) alongside more polished brand films
- Filming job sites, launches, grand openings, and other live/time-sensitive content — comfortable adapting on the fly
- Conducting on-site interviews, including audio and lighting setup in imperfect real-world conditions
- Working from shot lists and creative briefs while contributing your own eye for framing and movement
- Delivering organized, clean footage ready for post
What we're looking for
- A strong reel demonstrating cinematic, social-native videography — not just corporate/event coverage
- Own professional gear (mirrorless/cinema camera, stabilizer/gimbal, basic audio kit) — Sony shooters a plus
- Comfortable working solo on-site with minimal supervision
- Strong grasp of composition, movement, and lighting in real-world, non-studio conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to travel within the GTA for shoots
- Bonus: experience with drone footage, food/hospitality content, or trades/construction content

- Compensation based on experience and scope of shoot
Pay: $17.20-$30.00 per hour
