SR. ACCOUNT MANAGER

THE POSITION
ATTA Elevators is seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Sr. Account Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing new client relationships, and managing existing accounts within an assigned territory.
This is not a transactional sales role. We are looking for an individual who operates with strong commercial discipline, understands technical environments, and is focused on quality of work, not just volume.
Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
Revenue Growth & Pipeline Discipline
· Build, qualify, and manage a high-quality sales pipeline
· Identify and engage decision-makers across ownership groups, consultants, and contractors
· Drive maintenance, modernization, and repair sales with clear margin expectations
· Maintain strict deal qualification standards (no low-quality volume selling)
Client Ownership & Relationship Management
· Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key clients
· Function as the single point of accountability for assigned accounts
· Proactively manage renewals, pricing strategy, and retention initiatives
Technical & Commercial Execution
· Conduct detailed building walkthroughs and equipment assessments
· Translate technical findings into clear, defensible proposals and pricing structures
· Present solutions confidently to stakeholders ranging from site-level contacts to executive leadership
Internal Coordination & Delivery Alignment
· Coordinate with operations, service, and project teams to ensure execution meets commitments
· Manage order changes, timelines, and client communication proactively
· Maintain close attention to detail across all documentation and handoffs
Market Intelligence & Strategic Input
· Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics
· Provide actionable insights into local market conditions and opportunities
· Contribute to branch-level sales strategies and growth plans
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Core Profile
· Minimum 3 years of B2B sales or account management experience
· Experience in construction, building services, mechanical, or industrial sectors strongly preferred
· Proven ability to own and grow a territory independently
