What You’ll Do
* Welcome and seat guests with a friendly and professional attitude
* Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
* Provide menu recommendations and answer guest questions
* Enter orders into the POS system with attention to detail
* Deliver food and beverages promptly
* Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience
* Clear, clean, and reset tables
* Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
* Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team members
* Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 2 years of serving experience (required)
* Valid Smart Serve certification (required)
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
* Strong communication skills in English
* Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy restaurant environment
* Basic math skills for cash handling and bill processing
* Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
* Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
