Job Summary:
The Customer Retention team is looking for a CRM Coordinator to support its initiatives focused on driving customer lifetime value, acquisition, and engagement through CRM channels including email, SMS, app push, and others.
The team is looking for a candidate who wants to have a real impact on the GARAGE brand, and who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will be involved in our ongoing transformation from a traditional brick & mortar retailer, to an omni-channel leader and tech-first fashion disruptor.
Main Responsibilities:

Manage the CRM Calendar: Develop and maintain the monthly cadence for email, SMS, and app push notifications, ensuring alignment with brand stories, product launches, and seasonal promotions.

Cross-Functional Briefing: Lead the creation of campaign briefs and collaborate with internal stakeholders to secure high-performing copy, visual assets, and product selections.

Segmentation Strategy: Collaborate with CRM peers to define audience segments, ensuring the right message reaches the right customer at the optimal time.

Deployment: Own the day-to-end setup of campaigns within Braze, including template building via drag & drop, link tracking, and scheduling.

Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous testing (links and rendering) to ensure a seamless user experience across all devices and platforms.

Channel Optimization: Ideate and execute A/B and multivariate tests (subject lines, send times, creative) to constantly improve engagement metrics.

Reporting: Track and monitor daily channel performance; assist in preparing monthly and quarterly "post-mortems" to identify wins and opportunities for growth.

Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of CRM trends and fashion retail best practices to propose innovative tactics for customer retention.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Digital Marketing, Business Management, E-commerce, or related field;

One (1) to two (2) years of related work experience is an asset (E-commerce, Merchandising, Digital Marketing, or Retail);

Experience using a major email marketing platform (i.e., Braze preferred, Klaviyo, or Salesforce); experience in SMS and app push notifications is an asset;

Strong understanding of the fashion retail industry is a plus;

Strong organizational and prioritization skills;

Data-driven and strong problem-solving skills;

Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4);

Experience building emails (using template-based emails) is a plus;

Bilingualism (French and English) is required for daily communication with suppliers, employees, and stakeholders, both within and outside of Quebec; ;
