French Elite Montessori is a newly established bilingual Montessori school in St. Catharines, offering a unique full French immersion environment for preschool children. We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) to join our growing team.
As a Registered Early Childhood Educator, you will play a key role in creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment while supporting the implementation of our Montessori curriculum in a full French immersion setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of an authentic Montessori learning environment.
- Foster children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Observe, document, and assess children's learning and development.
- Promote children's independence, confidence, and love of learning.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Collaborate with the Head Teacher to maintain high-quality educational programming.
- Comply with the Child Care and Early Years Act (CCEYA), Ministry of Education regulations, and school policies.
