Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and food service
- Upsell menu items and beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
Skills
- Experience in cash handling
- Knowledge of kitchen operations is a plus
- Previous work in the food industry or hospitality sector preferred
- Proficient in cashiering duties
- Strong customer service and guest services skills
- Familiarity with restaurant operations
- Ability to upsell products effectively
- Basic math skills for order accuracy
