About PakFactory
PakFactory is North America’s leading provider of custom packaging solutions, serving premium brands across multiple industries. We work with a global network of vendors and manufacturers to deliver high-quality packaging through strong execution, efficient systems, and close cross-team collaboration.
We are looking for an Operations Specialist to join the Supply Chain team, responsible for owning end-to-end execution of sales operations projects.
Packaging or printing experience is a strong advantage — but not required.
What This Role Really Is
You are not just supporting operations — you are running the execution layer between sales intent, vendors, systems, and delivery outcomes.
This role is for someone who naturally spots when something doesn’t add up, and takes ownership to fix it without waiting for instructions.
End-to-End Ownership of Sales Operations Projects
You will own end-to-end execution of sales operations projects, ensuring seamless delivery from initial request through to final execution.
This includes coordinating across internal teams and external vendors to ensure:
- project requirements are clearly translated into execution plans
- timelines are realistic and aligned across all stakeholders
- deliverables are on track from planning to completion
- issues are identified early and resolved quickly
You are expected to operate with full ownership from request → execution → delivery, ensuring nothing gets lost between sales intent and operational reality.
When Things Break, You Own It
This is not a “wait for instructions” environment.
You will regularly deal with:
- delays or gaps in execution that don’t match expectations
- missing or inconsistent data across systems
- vendor misalignment or communication breakdowns
- process or workflow issues between teams
Your job is to figure out what actually happened, not just report it.
You’ll be expected to:
- trace issues to root cause
- fix the process or system behind it
- prevent repeat failures
- close loops, not just escalate tickets
Systems, Data & Operational Stack
Operations here runs on systems, not memory.
You will work across:
- ERP systems and internal workflows
- structured trackers and operational dashboards
- Excel-based analysis and reporting
A key part of your role is making sure data is:
- accurate
- structured
- usable for decision-making
You will also help improve workflows over time — reducing manual work and identifying where automation or better tools can replace repetitive processes.
Who We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations
- Strong Excel and data handling skills
- Comfortable working in systems (ERP / structured workflows)
- Strong communication with vendors and internal teams
- High attention to detail and strong execution discipline
- Strong ownership mindset — you don’t wait, you move and solve
- Preferred: Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
