This role blends light trade work with strong customer service, as you’ll represent Datum Homes in clients’ homes, helping protect and maintain custom-built properties with care and respect.

Role Overview As a Home Maintenance Specialist, you will:
- Carry out upkeep tasks across custom houses: drywall, carpentry, small plumbing, touch-ups
- Support upkeep of house systems such as HVAC, HRV, radiant heat, plus AC units
- Check, adjust, plus repair where needed to keep each house safe, steady, plus in top shape
- Interact directly with clients in their homes, ensuring a professional, courteous, and trustworthy experience
- Learn and grow under the guidance of senior team members, with opportunities to expand your trade and customer service skills
Qualifications
- Prior work in a keeper trade preferred (carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, or related)
- olid understanding of residential home systems (mechanical, HVAC, electrical basics)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to represent the company professionally in client settings
- Detail-oriented and safety-minded with problem-solving initiative
- Valid driver’s license required

Pay and Hours
- $25.00 to $35.00 per hour to start, based on expertise
