Spruce Lodge is looking to hire a friendly, inspired, resident focused, solutions driven and team oriented RPN.
You will be a Registered Practical Nurse registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario (current) as well as have current CPR certification. Experience in Long Term care is considered an asset. We are a unionized environment, have free on site parking, and we also provide our employees a full meal with each shift. This position includes an OMERS pension plan where Spruce Lodge matches contributions at 9%. Spruce Lodge pays for a full 8 hour day, which is half an hour more than the sector standard. The posted wage also includes 9.5% in lieu of benefits.
Part time positions have 10 pre-posted shifts every 4 weeks with the option of extra shifts as well as call ins.
Proof of a previous step 2 TB test as well as a Vulnerable Sector Police check within the last 6 months will be required.
