Since 1978 Air Inuit has been providing scheduled, charter, cargo, and emergency air transportation services in Nunavik and beyond, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Collectively owned by the Inuit of Nunavik, through the Makivik Corporation, the airline operates a fleet of over 35 aircraft ranging from a Twin Otter 300 Series to a Boeing 737 200C, 300 and 800 and employs over 1000 employees in one of the most challenging flight environments.

ROLE OVERVIEW

If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! As a Revenue Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of our financial operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our revenue reporting. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that drive business decisions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure revenue from operational systems is accurately recorded in the ERP (D365) with proper accounting by maintaining revenue-related master data and ensuring transactions align with published and contracted rates.

Perform reconciliations between source systems and ERP to ensure completeness and accuracy of reported revenue.

Analyze data and reports to identify issues, explain variances, and provide actionable insights.

Prepare and support revenue and direct cost budgets, and perform month-end and year-end closing, including reconciliations, variance analysis, and providing detailed data and explanations for external year-end audits.

Participate in the development and maintenance of revenue procedures, controls, and documentation to support continuous improvement and ensure consistent processes.

Perform additional tasks as needed to support the department’s operational goals.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU AN IDEAL CANDIDATE

At least 3 years of relevant experience in the field.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.

Knowledge of accounting is required.

Exceptional analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Advanced skills with the Office Suite, especially Excel.

Experience with ERP systems (D365 is a bonus).

Ability to seamlessly adapt to various airline software (PSS, Charter system, Cargo System, etc.).

Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI is a plus).

Strong understanding of database management and querying (e.g., SQL).

Fluently bilingual in French and English (spoken and written); knowledge of Inuktitut is an asset.
