Carousel Tattoo & Barbershop is looking for an experienced full-time barber to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients look and feel their best, with a strong focus on communication and sanitation standards. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in hair styling, retail sales, and client relations while working in a supportive and engaging setting.
Duties
- Greet clients warmly and assist them with their needs at the front desk
- Provide professional hair styling services, ensuring client satisfaction
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness throughout the workspace
- Upsell products and services to enhance client experience and increase sales
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations
- Manage retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Schedule appointments and manage the daily flow of clients to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of barbering experience
- Strong cutting, fading, and grooming skills
- Professional attitude and good client communication
- Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented
- Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or front desk roles is preferred
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with clients and team members
- Ability to upsell products and promote services effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for helping others
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality service standards
