Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Toy Manufacturer - Sander / Painter Assistant to join our manufacturing team. This role involves supporting the finishing process of toy production, including sanding and painting components to ensure high-quality products.
This position is an entry level position with room to grow and learn.
Duties
- Assist with sanding and smoothing toy components using hand tools and power tools to achieve desired finishes.
- Support painting processes by preparing product for paint and help move product.
- Use basic math skills for measurements and quality checks during the finishing process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Follow lean manufacturing principles to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.

- Ability to work safely around machinery.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control during sanding and painting tasks.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
