Promote sales to both new and existing customers through cold calls and follow up on leads. - Prepare quotes, credits, and warranties as needed. - Respond promptly to customer inquiries by providing product information and resolving any issues or problems. - Communicate customers' needs to the company to ensure that their requirements are met. - Educate customers on how our products can benefit them financially and professionally by providing hands-on demonstrations of both new and existing products. - Monitor the market, competitors, and new products to understand customer needs better. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential customers, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish. - Develop a comprehensive knowledge of HVAC products and services. - Stay current on industry trends, new technologies, and competitor offerings. - Effectively articulate product features, benefits, and technical specifications to customers. - Assist at the sales counter during busy times as needed. - Prepare accurate and competitive price quotes for HVAC equipment and services. - Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to secure sales. - Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. - Coordinate with other departments to ensure the timely delivery of products and services. - Provide basic technical assistance to customers regarding HVAC systems and components. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions. - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends. - Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams for product development and improvement. - Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas. - Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions, track leads, and monitor sales performance.
