Parts Advisor – Leduc Hyundai
Leduc Hyundai, a proud member of the Landsperg Automotive Group, is on the lookout for a customer-focused, detail-driven Parts Advisor to join our high-performing team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greet and assist customers in-person and over the phone with professionalism and a friendly attitude
- Accurately identify and source automotive parts based on customer and technician needs
- Create detailed quotes, process invoices, and collect payments
- Advise customers on repair/maintenance parts and timelines
- Maintain clean and accurate inventory records, including parts counts and stock organization
- Order and receive parts, label and assign inventory appropriately
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely repairs and parts availability
- Maintain an organized, clean workspace and uphold dealership safety standards
What You Bring to the Table:
- 2+ year of experience in an automotive parts department
- PBS or similar DMS experience (asset)
- Strong computer and math skills
- Mechanically inclined with a sharp attention to detail
- Calm under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced shop
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Team player mindset but capable of working independently

Requirements:
- High School Diploma (required)
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Flexible availability, including evenings or weekends
