We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our clients manufacturing team.
Location: Surrey, BC
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $22.42 per hour
Job Type: Full-time | Temporary to Permanent
Responsibilities
- Operate saws, hand tools, and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret work orders, measurements, and production instructions.
- Assemble, cut, and prepare materials according to specifications.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Load, unload, and move materials as required.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Report equipment issues or production concerns to the supervisor.
- Perform other production-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience using saws, hand tools, and power tools is required.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong reading comprehension to follow work instructions and production documents.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
- Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and working throughout an 8-hour shift.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Steel-toe safety boots are required.
