Position Summary
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for working alongside the Director, Finance and other members of the finance team to assist in the development of budget, planning and other financial documents and reports. The Financial Analyst will also be responsible for analyzing reports and following-up with internal parties to ensure all inputs and information required to prepare these reports in a timely manner.
Key Role Responsibilities

Financial Modeling & Scenario Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models to assess business performance, project future financial outcomes, and support strategic planning.

Multi-Year Expense Analysis: Conduct 3-year variance reviews of operating and other expenses by GL, investigating significant variances and presenting findings to leadership.

Financial Variance & Trend Analysis: Prepare budget vs. actual variance reports at the financial statement and GL levels; conduct in-depth variance analysis, identify key trends, and provide insights for executive decision-making.

Cash Flow & Liquidity Planning: Assist in preparing cash flow forecasts and liquidity analyses to support financial stability and investment decisions.

Prepare required documentation for audits, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.

Gather financial data for corporate tax compliance, ensuring regulatory deadlines are met.

Collaborate with accounting teams to compile financial information for audits, limited reviews, and due diligence processes.

Corporate Financial Planning: Support executive leadership with ad-hoc financial analyses, scenario modeling, and reporting for key business initiatives, financing, and strategic decision-making.
Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

CPA designation is preferred.

Minimum (2) years’ experience in a Financial Analyst position.

Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite of products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
