This is a highly visible role offering exposure to senior leadership and key business stakeholders across the organization. The successful candidate will act as a trusted business partner, supporting financial planning, reporting, forecasting, strategic analysis, and decision-making initiatives. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, taking ownership of deliverables, and turning complex data into meaningful business insights.
Principal tasks and responsibilities include:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and annual business planning processes.

Analyze revenue, pricing, productivity, profitability, and other key business performance metrics.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting packages for senior leadership.

Develop financial models and business cases to support strategic initiatives and operational decision-making.

Gather, validate, analyze, and interpret large volumes of financial and operational data.

Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and key business drivers, providing actionable recommendations to leadership.

Partner with leaders across finance, operations, and business functions to support planning and performance management activities.

Conduct benchmarking, market analysis, and business performance reviews.

Lead the development and enhancement of reporting tools, dashboards, and management reporting packages.

Support reporting automation, process improvements, and business intelligence initiatives.

Assist with the development of self-service reporting capabilities and improved access to business data.

Present findings, recommendations, and insights to senior stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives as required.
Qualifications and pre-requisites:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

CPA designation completed or in progress is strongly preferred.

5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, business analytics, commercial finance, or a related function.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.

Experience with Power BI, SQL, VBA, or similar reporting and business intelligence tools.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate meaningful insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Strong business partnering and relationship-building skills.
